Why theme the train, not the ride
A family coaster sells on repeat ridership. The ride hardware decides throughput; the train decides whether a child asks to go again. Themed cabins change nothing about the engineering envelope u2014 same track, same lift, same braking u2014 and everything about how the ride is remembered.
Ten cabin themes
Every cabin is a single moulded fiberglass shell on a standard chassis. Heads are sculpted, painted and clear-coated for outdoor UV exposure.
- Dinosaur u2014 green body, pale belly, soft spikes along the spine, round friendly eyes. Reads well at distance because of the silhouette.
- Lion u2014 warm sand body with a sculpted mane, the largest visual footprint of the set; best as the lead car.
- Unicorn u2014 pastel gradient body, gold horn, mane and tail in three colours. Popular with the youngest riders.
- Giraffe u2014 yellow with brown patches, long neck as the head form; the tallest silhouette in the lineup.
- Pig u2014 soft pink with a snout and curly tail; visually the lightest, works well in pastel colour schemes.
- Panda u2014 high-contrast black and white; the clearest read in low light and the easiest to photograph.
- Raccoon u2014 grey with a masked face and ringed tail; pairs well with forest or night-market areas.
- Cow u2014 white with black patches and a pink muzzle; the most neutral choice for farm-themed zones.
- Penguin u2014 black and white with an orange beak and feet; reads as cool-toned, suits ice or polar zones.
- Monkey u2014 brown with a light face and a curled tail that doubles as the car's rear end.
What the theme does not change
Seat pitch, lap bar geometry, wheel bogie, coupling and the evacuation procedure are identical to the standard family coaster. Operators train once, and the maintenance schedule does not change.
Mixing a train
A train is eight cars. Most parks run one lead character plus seven matching cars, but any mix works u2014 the couplings are the same. Because cabins are interchangeable on the chassis, a park can run a dinosaur train this season and a panda train next, without ordering a new train.
Finishing and durability
Bodies are gel-coated fiberglass with a UV-stable clear coat. Heads are removable for repainting, and touch-up is local rather than a full-body respray. We ship a paint code sheet with every train so future touch-ups match.
