01 / What you're buying
A procurement project,
not a catalogue order
Buying a coaster is a procurement project, not a catalogue order. Below is what we need from you, what we deliver, and how a project runs from first sketch to opening day.

03 / Scope
What a turnkey contract covers
Layout & structural design
Site survey, ride envelope, support layout and foundation loads issued to your civil engineer.
Manufacturing
Track, supports, trains and control system built in-house; hot-dip galvanised structures as standard.
Shipping
Container loading plan, packing list and export documentation for your port.
Installation
Our supervisors on site, or a full crew — you choose the scope.
Commissioning & testing
Static and dynamic testing, restraint verification and operator training.
Spare parts & support
First-year spares list plus remote diagnostics for fault-finding.

06 / Questions
Procurement questions
01How long does a coaster project take?
A typical custom coaster runs 6–12 months from design freeze to handover, depending on track length, structure complexity and your foundation schedule. Fabrication slots are the main constraint — the earlier the design is frozen, the earlier the slot.
02Can you match an existing ride or a reference design?
Yes. Send the layout, photos or a video of the ride you have in mind and we will tell you what can be replicated, what must change for safety or standards, and what it does to cost.
03Do you deliver outside China?
Yes — most of our projects ship to the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Europe. We provide export documentation, container loading plans and on-site supervision.
04How is the price determined?
Track length and geometry, support steel tonnage, train count and restraint type, launch system, theming and station scope, plus testing and commissioning scope. Two quotes for "a coaster" can differ 40–50% purely from scope gaps.
