Overview
The Four-Loop Roller Coaster is a single-track thrill ride with four inversions. It delivers a dynamic experience with a track length of 480m and a maximum height of 25.2m. The ride reaches a top speed of 19.6m/s (70.5km/h) and completes a circuit in approximately 100 seconds. With four trains, each carrying up to 16 riders, the coaster offers solid throughput for parks of various sizes.
Design and build
The coaster features a robust design with a lift speed of 1.4m/s and an installed power of 90kVA. The wheel frame is manufactured as a single machined piece, enhancing structural integrity and surface finish. The design life is 16 years, supported by interlocked safety systems that prevent operation unless all restraints are secured and systems are normal. The ride is designed to the standards required by your market, confirmed per project.
Site and installation
The ride requires a footprint of 90m by 40m, allowing for efficient park planning. Installation involves assembling the track, trains, and control systems. The compact layout and moderate height make it suitable for parks with limited space. Our team provides layout drawings and technical support to integrate the coaster into your master plan. Site-specific conditions are assessed to ensure a smooth installation process.
Operating notes
Operation follows a clear sequence: passengers board, restraints are locked, and the train is dispatched. The lift hauls the train to the highest point before it descends through inversions and turns. Brakes slow the train before it returns to the station. Safety interlocks monitor restraint closure, air pressure, and train position. In case of evacuation, manual release tools and emergency power are available. Staff training and adherence to procedures are essential for safe operation.
