Overview
The New 4-Loop Roller Coaster is a single-car coaster with four cars, designed for parks that need a compact footprint and a short ride cycle. The train seats 16 riders in four cars, with four across. The layout includes multiple inversions and turns, giving a varied ride experience.
This coaster suits park developers and investors looking for a reliable attraction with a manageable footprint and straightforward operation.
Design and build
The track is 510m long and reaches a height of 25.6m. The lift speed is 1.4m/s, and the maximum train speed is 20.59m/s (74.1km/h). The ride duration is approximately 100 seconds.
The wheel frame is machined as a single piece rather than welded. This design provides uniform strength, high machining accuracy, and good dynamic balance. It also avoids weld defects, which can extend service life and improve surface finish.
The ride is designed to the standards required by your market, confirmed per project.
Site and installation
The ride occupies a footprint of 102m by 45m. The installed power capacity is 124kVA. The design life of the ride is 20 years.
Installation requires a flat site with appropriate foundations. The control system includes multiple safety interlocks: restraint closure, restraint lock, air pressure, safety confirmation, car parking position, and chain tension. These interlocks help ensure the ride cannot start unless all conditions are met.

Operating notes
Operation follows a fixed cycle: riders board, restraints are locked, and the train is dispatched. The lift raises the train to the highest point, after which it travels the track by gravity. Brakes slow the train before it returns to the station.
In case of a power failure or fault, staff can manually release restraints using an emergency power supply or a wrench. Evacuation procedures are defined for different stop positions. Staff training on these procedures is essential.
Daily checks should include restraint function, brake operation, and interlock verification. Regular maintenance according to the manufacturer's schedule helps ensure reliable operation.
