01 / What you're buying

A procurement project,
not a catalogue order

Indoor attractions are bought on seat count, film content and building fit. Get the building height and floor loading right first — everything else follows.

120,000m² manufacturing base
60+ride models in production
24hquotation response
Engineers surveying an empty plot for a new ride
Site firstFootprint, wind exposure and access decide more of the price than the ride model does.

03 / Scope

What a turnkey contract covers

01

Building requirements

Clear height, floor loading and access routes specified before design.

02

Screen & projection

Dome or flat screen, projector selection and audio layout.

03

Motion seats

Seat platform, restraint and motion profile matched to the film.

04

Film content

Content licensing or custom production guidance.

05

Controls & show system

Show control, synchronisation and operator interface.

06

Operations

Throughput planning, maintenance schedule and staff training.

Roller coaster track sections on fabrication jigs in a ride manufacturing workshop
01 Fabrication — track, supports, trains
CNC plasma cutting of thick steel plate for ride structures
02 Cutting — CNC plasma on structural plate
Track sections bolted together in the assembly hall
03 Assembly — trial fit before shipment
Hot-dip galvanising line treating ride components
04 Galvanising — hot-dip corrosion protection
Ride components loaded into shipping containers at dusk
05 Loading — containers packed to plan
Crane lifting a coaster track section at a park construction site
06 Installation — supervision or full crew

Engineers reviewing structural drawings and a CAD model
Engineering Structural calculations, foundation loads and electrical scope agreed before steel is ordered.
Designers working on a 3D track model
Design Layout and ride envelope issued as a 3D model your civil engineer can work from.
Crane lifting a track section high above support columns
Erection Crane plan and erection sequence agreed before the first section leaves the ground.
Technicians loading water dummies for commissioning tests
Testing Static and dynamic testing with weighted dummies, then restraint verification.
Technicians commissioning a ride at dusk
Handover Commissioning run on site, followed by operator training and as-built documents.

05 / Why shortlist us

What buyers actually check

01

Building-first approach

We check your clear height and floor loading before promising a seat count.

02

Dome and flat options

360° dome theaters and flat-screen 4D cinemas from the same factory.

03

Content guidance

Practical advice on licensing versus commissioning a custom film.

04

Throughput modelling

Show length and seat count modelled against your peak-day queue.

Inspector performing ultrasonic testing on a welded joint
Quality control Weld inspection recorded against the joint, not signed off from a desk.
Ride structure fabrication inside the workshop
In-house Track bending, welding and assembly under one roof.
Hot-dip galvanising of ride components
Corrosion Hot-dip galvanising specified for coastal and high-humidity sites.
Ride control room with operator and monitoring screens
Operation Control room layout, fault logging and remote diagnostics handed over with the ride.

06 / Questions

Procurement questions

01Flying theater or 4D cinema?

A flying theater suspends riders in front of a dome for a soar-over experience; a 4D cinema adds environmental effects to a flat screen. Choose by building height, target audience and content budget.

02How much clear height do I need?

It depends on seat rows and screen size. Send us your building section and we will tell you what fits before you commit to a design.

03Can we use our own film?

Yes, custom content is common, but production takes time and budget. Many operators start with licensed content and commission a custom film later.

04What is the typical seat count?

Common configurations are around 40–48 seats. Larger theaters exist but the building and the show cycle usually become the constraint.
